🙋♀️But have you ever considered what could be possible for her career if your support, time and effort boosting her and alleviating household responsibilities was at the same level as what 'she' provides to you?
Also- when you look around at the conference, you can safely assume that most of the women attending do not have a support team at home, packing their bags and making their trip possible.
🎯Guys, be sure to take on more at home, whether you do it or outsource chores, etc. The physical time, burden, emotional overload of managing and maestro-ing everything on the home front keeps women from rising in their careers.
📈Level up your support- and listen closely when your female counterparts are telling you they're busy.
😥We just don't have the same support.
👉I'm going to ask in advance that the 5 women that want to say their guy is awesome to just hold that thought while this sinks in.
Household pay and unpaid labor are still legitimate conversations and hindrances to the rise of females in leadership.
