While the speakers and presentations have been very valuable, as I took a look at the agenda, one could not help but notice the near absence of women.
It's 2018, nearly 2019...and we can go further, faster by bringing in more perspectives. I am confident this was not intentional by our fine friends at #ANRetailForum, but simply conditioning and relational.
Merit matters, and I see several women right here that could contribute quite easily and with impact.
You know I like a good goal with purpose.
