I'm not always sure where or why the thoughts come to me, but this is important for someone out there in our industry today:
Do Not Sign A Non-Compete!
They have nearly ruined too many lives and limit your options, all while keeping their people on when they want/need to leave.
Don't take the bait.
Don't take lightly today that which could be life-altering tomorrow.
That's all.
