On Appreciation
Three Referrals in 24 hours.
Plus one new prospective client from a colleague I have known and admired.

I had envisioned this when I launched, but even as my special, niche company grows, I am still struck with gratitude.

Referrals from clients are earned by doing.
Not by talking or selling.

Colleagues rarely will reach out until they have proof. Frankly, I'm the same way.

They are now seeing the proof they were waiting for and they're calling.

These are things I learned after I began building these companies 4.5 years ago now.

FSG is now headed towards 5 years. FORWARD is almost 1.

Starting out alone is a feat most don't begin out of fear or a myriad of reasons.
But mostly fear.

While in reality I have nothing to prove to myself, the farther I go, the more I want to prove, share, offer.

It is out of 'lack' and 'scarcity' of trustworthy partners and professional women in leadership I started this journey.

I wanted to make a difference.

Now, I want to make a bigger impact, for as many as possible.
How?
We're working all of that out. With any luck bigger things are coming.
