In one simple picture, with one small gesture, this illustrates the Poshmark community.

It is simultaneously reminiscent of Airbnb when I started with them 8 years ago, as opposed to the epic disaster it has become.

The human touch. The extra level of kindness and appreciation and thoughtfulness.

These intentions are evident every time I navigate Poshmark and are nearly extinct from the Airbnb experience today.

What does this say about the service levels companies offer when they begin versus what they often deteriorate to if left unconsidered and unwatched?
