There is a call you need to make today. A person you should reach out to.
Why not just do it today?
List why you should do it or must do it and override everything holding you back. Now.
Make that call. Strengthen those muscles.
Only good things can happen, either the call goes well or you learn something plus are proud of your effort.
Either way, do it again.
Follow up sounds so closed ended. Perfunctory. Empty of Enthusiasm and Possibility.
We don't call it 'follow-up'. We call it 'follow THROUGH!'.
