On the Lazy Use of Words and Name-Calling: For those who want to use silly words like 'woke' to insult others, please remember that the 'Jesus' you tend to typically claim to know was the Original Woke Person.

Let that sink in. Jesus = Woke

👉Taking care of others
👉Looking out for the poor and elderly
❤ Feeding the hungry
👉Helping and healing the sick
👉His fury at those who made money at the churches
❤Operating out of love and abundance, not greed and name calling
And this one-
🎯 Calling out the Pharisees for their very public prayers to build their egos- and influence.

Yes, I know my scriptures. And the blatant hypocrisy of some continues to be on full display.

Why is it there is a profile continuing to be on display of too many older white guys so in love with name-calling and yet claiming to know Jesus? He is not your convenient prop for business or otherwise...and we can see right through it into your thinly veiled hate for those he loved and gave his life for.

Your misogyny is eerily unveiled simultaneously.

This is repeating itself daily, hence, my need to speak up.
t is helpful information, however, as most people looking for a great place to work use this info as places and people to avoid with their life and career. You have most likely already lost many employees to this, yet fail to recognize why.

Woke is actually something many in our industry who have fallen behind could benefit from. I'm so sorry that after decades of privilege you have to earn your way like the rest of us.

The pressure seems to be weighing on you, hence the meanness and names...how sad.

Wake up and join us in 2023.

Bring your reliance on Jesus if you like, but you're going to also have to bring your 'A' game along with solid beliefs in helping the People around you. Move towards kindness and generosity and goodness.

Just like 'He' did.

I can already name 5 of you who are going to have a fit. I hope you read this carefully prior to launching your tired and overused rhetoric.

Remember, #WWJD. The bracelets you wore so proudly but forgot to think about.. It's okay to 'wake up' and make better choices going forward.

Let's commit to doing better in 2023.

You've heard me use the words and phrases and hashtags 'better together' ...'partnerships matter'... 'people 1st' and 'what is possible'… and I'm here to tell you… I have never seen such evidence in my life that these are the most important things as I am here at NADA and since I announced my new company last week.
Because without this purpose of people in your heart and mind it doesn't matter what you create, your product, your objectives. If you don't have this part down, you don't have much at the end of the day.
I am completely fueled by the enthusiasm and support you are sharing for my new venture. So many conversations already since I hit the ground Wednesday night ...and we still have 2 more full days here at #NADA.. But I couldn't start them without telling you, my incredible network, how much you are appreciated. I'm not going to tag all of you as I don't really care for that practice … but you know who you are... And in one way or another I'm going to make sure the rest of my world knows who you are also.
