👉Our Director of Business Development and Client Experience role will have opportunities to grow quickly with our rapidly growing company including in increased responsibilities, promotions and compensation.
💵Salary commensurate with experience. Targeted Year One Compensation- $75-125k.
✨For FORWARD: An early stage professional looking to grow their career. Experience in Talent, Recruiting, Search with strong, proven communication skills, social media presence, client care and can speak easily with major company stakeholders.
🎯Video applications are required along with email and telephone conversation examples. The right candidate will possess basic skills of Outlook and Teams (video) calls, scheduling and basic project managements. Helpfulness, solid follow through, understanding timelines and prioritization and most of all client relationships.
We can teach all other skills.
Prefer Charlotte, NC with 2 days per week in office plus remote.
💵Compensation will include a solid base plus commissions and bonuses projected to eclipse $75-125k.
