Another week with another story of an Owner/Leader who fails to take constructive feedback, at all...even as they embarrass themselves publicly...again.

Just imagine for one brief moment in your harried schedule that you are not quite as amazing-or replaceable-as you think you are. We know it's difficult, but try.

Your team is watching.
Your clients are watching.
You are literally costing your company more business than you realize as confidence in you is shattered.
And yet you have no desire to listen. let alone change.

Even as you insist on listening, changing...from everyone in your fiefdom.

We all have work to do to earn our leadership daily. It doesn't matter if you are the owner or in leadership.

It's all the same to your people, your clients, your investors.

Even if you were able to get away with bad behavior in the past, and even if you think it is somehow part of your 'winning formula', today's talent market has zero tolerance and they also have unlimited options.
