I already have quite the agenda of booths I plan to visit based on their people, their products and their innovative, results- producing solutions.

Very busy and excited as I head out to San Francisco for my first official trip representing my new company, Foster Strategies Group, LLC

I think about the difference that can be made in my industry, change that is desperately needed and yet the solutions have been missing. Over 20 years, I have carefully devised methods and mindsets that actually work- and drive terrific results.

There is nothing better at work than seeing someone regain hope, which makes doing what I do, with the way I do it, such a privilege and a pleasure.
Many of you are friends of mine from previous work we did together. If you would like more info or have someone to introduce, please pm me. At this point I am going to keep most of my business output and share on LinkedIn. At this point...you never know!

Transforming Automotive Partnerships + Performance. By changing the way Dealers, Service Providers and OEMs see each other and work together, we can make a difference for everyone. We are making this a reality.

Another thought for those heading to National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).
Many 'Leaders' say they couldn't have done it without their wives' support.

🙋‍♀️But have you ever considered what could be possible for her career if your support, time and effort boosting her and alleviating household responsibilities was at the same level as what 'she' provides to you?

Also- when you look around at the conference, you can safely assume that most of the women attending do not have a support team at home, packing their bags and making their trip possible.

🎯Guys, be sure to take on more at home, whether you do it or outsource chores, etc. The physical time, burden, emotional overload of managing and maestro-ing everything on the home front keeps women from rising in their careers.

📈Level up your support- and listen closely when your female counterparts are telling you they're busy.

😥We just don't have the same support.

👉I'm going to ask in advance that the 5 women that want to say their guy is awesome to just hold that thought while this sinks in.

Household pay and unpaid labor are still legitimate conversations and hindrances to the rise of females in leadership.

📈My commitment to creating opportunities for greater and faster successes for women, men and all who are and who aspire to be exceptional leaders is unwavering...and is evident more daily.

As I now enter my 5th year as a business owner and industry leader, I am grateful for all it took to make it.

👉Coaching myself to stay the course, take on more, give until it hurts, give until it helps, survive a global pandemic and help others do the same.

✨There have been days and oh so many nights where I had to dig deep, and then dig even deeper. But I could not quit.

Before we all travel to National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), I encourage you to consider how you are and how you can make a difference.

✈️Take time on your flight to Dallas to reflect on:
✨ What you can contribute to others
✨ How well you understand your own and adjacent businesses
✨ How deep and wide your relationships are in the industry
✨ Do you have a 'job' or are you building a solid career
✨ How good your partnership skills are internally and externally
✨ What you are willing to do to grow as an industry leader and a trusted partner

We need more leaders. People who choose to be leaders, no matter their title or position. I hope you choose to be one- or take your impact and influence to the next level.

There are so many things to celebrate and appreciate in the vast landscape of #Automotive. I hope you get every success you deserve, that you have designed strategically, at #NADA and all through 2023.

One of my favorite things to do on repeat at these huge events is to simply step back and look at it all from a distance with wonder and awe at how incredible this business is and how fortunate I am to play my role with all of these amazing people.
