It's the rare Mother's Day I'm able to be with my son, Kurt, in Michigan.

A family wedding was the perfect opportunity to spend time with them and 2 of my g-babies, Eliza and Reese.

We have had a wonderful time celebrating love, family and life.

Oh that we all had parents that laid the path for us.

I'm here for the 97% who didn't have these powerful advantages and a running head start. It's so much harder, but we can accomplish incredible successes together.

When your dinner table conversations the family friends and business connections, the entry into jobs and then of course the financial impact is a given, so many invisible steps are skipped, so many intricate layers of support are worn securely under.

For those who had these automatic launching pads, please be kind and thoughtful to the masses, especially your team, that was not born into privilege.
